Our “On the day wedding coordination” actually starts 6 weeks prior, where we discuss in detail every aspect of your event. You’ll hand over all supplier details and wedding plans, allowing us to formulate a run-through sheet and confirm timings and responsibilities with everyone involved.

On the day itself, we work meticulously behind the scenes managing your timeline, meeting suppliers, overseeing your wedding setup and executing all of your hard work. We will be able to discreetly handle any unexpected eventualities and take responsibility for all monies for supplier payment balances on the day.

Pre Wedding Consultation
We meet at your chosen Ibiza wedding venue, at this consultation we will go through every aspect of your day so by the end of the meeting we know your wedding inside and out. Ready for your Ibiza Wedding.
Supplier Management
As part of our wedding coordination we will take over the liaison with the suppliers on the day. Prior to the wedding in Ibiza we will put together a well organised timeline of your day, this means we will know who is coming and going at exactly what time and you won't have to be walking around with your clipboard on the day of your wedding.
Master of Ceremony
We offer full assistance with welcoming you and your guests, coordination of order of events including ceremony, seating guests, wedding breakfast, speeches, cutting cake.

The Event Stylist handled the coordination of my wedding. Katie and her team are nothing short of amazing. We had hired a villa for our wedding and had nothing included so we had 8 different suppliers booked for different things.

We had booked The Event Stylist Ibiza for our wedding arch, wedding signs and then table decor, we clicked so well during our styling consultation, I had confidence straight away that Katie would be the person to coordinate everything on the day.
